(TSX:MDA) (NYSE:MDA), a trusted mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, will be supplying Telesat LEO ULC, a division of Telesat Corporation (Nasdaq:TSAT) (TSX:TSAT) with additional MDA AURORA™ next-generation broadband satellites, coinciding with the operator’s announcement today that it is expanding the Telesat Lightspeed low Earth orbit constellation.

MDA Space Enters into Firm Offer to Acquire Collecte Localisation Satellites (“CLS”), a Global Leader in AI-Driven Earth Observation Data Analytics

TORONTO, ON (July 8, 2026) – MDA Space Ltd. (TSX:MDA) (NYSE:MDA) (“MDA Space” or the “Company”), a trusted mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, today announced that it has entered into a firm and irrevocable offer to acquire a majority interest in CLS (the “Transaction”), a global leading provider of AI-driven Earth observation value-added services and satellite IoT solutions. With more than 14,000 customers in approximately 150 countries, CLS is expected to generate approximately €286 million (C$465 million) in revenue in 2026.

MDA SPACE SELECTED BY MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC FOR NEXT-GENERATION DEFENCE COMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE PROGRAM

Toronto, ON (June 25, 2026) — MDA Space Ltd. (TSX:MDA) (NYSE:MDA), a trusted mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, has been selected by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) to design and manufacture the digital payload, antennas and various subsystems for the next-generation defence communications satellite program ordered by the Japan Ministry of Defense. This satellite program will replace DSN-2, also known as Kirameki-2, in geostationary orbit.

CANADIAN SPACE AGENCY AND MDA SPACE CONCLUDE CONTRACT FOR REPLENISHMENT SATELLITE VALUED AT $688M

Toronto, ON (June 24, 2026) — MDA Space Ltd. (TSX:MDA) (NYSE:MDA), a trusted mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, has been awarded a contract by the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) to supply an advanced, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite that will operate with the RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM) satellites. In addition to the space segment, the contract provides for launch and the enhancement of the satellite ground control, security and data management systems. This follows an initial $44.7M contract to procure and deliver long lead parts awarded in December of last year.

MDA Space announces definitive agreement to acquire US-based Blue Canyon Technologies LLC

TORONTO, ON (June 19, 2026) – MDA Space Ltd. (TSX:MDA) (NYSE:MDA) (the “Company”), a trusted mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the membership interests of Blue Canyon Technologies LLC in an all-cash transaction for a purchase price and enterprise value of US$620 million (approximately C$874 million), subject to purchase price adjustments. Blue Canyon Technologies (BCT) is a spacecraft and satellite component manufacturer and mission services provider, currently part of RTX’s Raytheon business.

MDA SPACE CONTRACTED BY AIRBUS FOR REPEAT ORDER OF ANTENNAS FOR ONEWEB CONSTELLATION EXTENSION

April 20, 2026 (Toronto, ON)—MDA Space Ltd. (TSX:MDA; NYSE:MDA), a leading provider of advanced technology and services to the rapidly expanding global space industry, has been selected by Airbus to design and build more than 880 Ka-band steerable antennas and 440 Ku-band user replacement antennas for the OneWeb low Earth orbit (LEO) constellation owned by the global operator Eutelsat. This award follows an initial order to supply close to 2,000 antennas to the constellation, the second largest in lower Earth orbit with approximately 650 satellites, given to MDA Space by OneWeb in 2016.

MDA Space awarded contract with Canadian Department of National Defence to deliver Ground-Based Optical Capability for Space Surveillance

March 18, 2026 (TORONTO, ON) – MDA Space Ltd. Valued at approximately $32 million, as part of the contract MDA Space will also operate and provide in-service support to ensure long-term sustainment of the ground stations.
